MAQUINARIA TEXTIL PROATEX S.L. has developed and launched to market a new line of machinery for highest performance in wet processes for width fabric washing after more than 40 years of work and innovation in the textile sector.
The process consists of an innovative system in the treatment of width fabrics with a high-performance washing system by using a compact machine that optimizes resources to the maximum and offers a high performance/cost relationship, which results very attractive to customers.
VAC-BOOMERANG MODELS
SMARTVACUM-BOOMERANG the semi-continuous washing process consists of a simpler model, which is opened on both sides of the pendulums for desizing processes, enzymatic washing, simple washes with a very low cost.
BIGVACUM-BOOMERANG a completely side closed model to maintain the temperature of the fabric. This model is ideal for desizing, bleaching, digital printing preparation, dyeing, printing and pad-roll washing with much higher performance at a very low cost.
Our machines are 100% manufactured in Spain after many years of experience in the textile industry. We use and work with leading brand electrical equipment (customizable to customer’s needs, although they are mainly from SIEMENS company), vacuum pumps from brand leaders in the market (customizable although we mainly work with NASH brand pumps), stainless and rubberized cylinders, benches and machinery chassis manufactured in our facilities. Indeed, we have a great capacity to give solutions to any need of our clients.
